01 Overview & Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Color Coaster ("Game") developed and published by BeeGee Games ("we," "us," or "our"), available on the Google Play Store for Android devices.

This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with your use of the Game. By downloading and playing Color Coaster, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Color Coaster does not require users to create an account or log in. However, certain anonymous identifiers are generated automatically to support core game functionality, as described below.

We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the Game. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any directly identifying personal information.

Color Coaster does not include any user-generated content features, chat, or social functionalities. You do not submit any personal information directly to us through the Game.

03 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Game — including saving your progress, managing virtual currency and items, and delivering game features;
• To improve the Game — by analyzing gameplay analytics to balance difficulty, improve level design, and fix bugs;
• To diagnose and fix technical issues — via Firebase Crashlytics crash reports;
• To process and validate in-app purchases — including refund detection and revocation of entitlements where applicable;
• To deliver advertising — including personalized or contextual ads through our advertising partners;
• To send push notifications — optional notifications about game updates, events, or offers (you may disable these in your device settings at any time);
• To configure the Game remotely — using Unity Remote Config to adjust game parameters without requiring an app update;
• To comply with legal obligations — where required by applicable law.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

05 Advertising & Ad Partners

Color Coaster is free to play and is supported by in-game advertisements. We use Google AdMob as our primary ad network and may transition to AppLovin MAX as a mediation platform, which may serve ads from multiple partner networks (including Unity Ads and others).

Advertising Identifier

These ad networks may collect your Google Advertising ID (GAID) and related signals to serve personalized or interest-based advertisements. You can reset or opt out of ad personalization at any time:

• Go to Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device;
• Select "Delete advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization."

Opting out of personalized ads does not remove advertising from the Game; it limits the use of your data for targeted advertising purposes.

Rewarded & No-Ads

You may choose to watch rewarded advertisements to receive in-game benefits. If you purchase a "No Ads" product, banner and interstitial ads will be removed. Rewarded ads remain available as an optional feature.

06 Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers — Third-party vendors listed in Section 4 who assist in operating the Game and whose data use is limited to providing those services;
• For legal compliance — If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
• To protect rights — If we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BeeGee Games, our users, or the public;
• Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you via in-game notice or this Policy if such a transfer occurs.

07 Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Game's services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy:

• Anonymous Player ID & Cloud Save data — Retained for as long as your installation is active. If you uninstall the Game, data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion.
• Analytics & crash data — Retained according to Firebase's data retention settings, typically up to 14 months.
• Purchase records — Retained as required by applicable financial and legal obligations, typically up to 7 years.
• Advertising data — Managed by ad network partners per their own retention policies.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 13.

08 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include the use of secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase and Unity Gaming Services.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 Children's Privacy

Color Coaster is rated for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The Game is not directed to children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided information through the Game, please contact us immediately at creativeappstr@gmail.com. We will take prompt steps to delete such information.

Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should review this Policy with a parent or guardian before using the Game.

10 Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

For All Users

• Opt out of push notifications — Disable notifications in your device settings at any time;
• Opt out of personalized ads — Via your Android device's Google Ad settings (see Section 5);
• Request data deletion — Contact us at creativeappstr@gmail.com to request deletion of your anonymous player data.

For Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) / UK (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

• The right to access your personal data;
• The right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• The right to restriction of processing;
• The right to data portability;
• The right to object to processing;
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Our legal bases for processing data under GDPR include: performance of a contract (providing the Game), legitimate interests (analytics, crash reporting, security), consent (personalized advertising), and legal obligations.

For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected about them;
• Know whether their personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information;
• Request deletion of personal information;
• Non-discrimination for exercising their privacy rights.

11 International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our service providers (Google, Unity Technologies) operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as implemented by our service providers.

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the Game.

Your continued use of Color Coaster after the updated Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
