01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BeeGee Games ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the mobile game Color Coaster and all related services, features, content, and updates (collectively, the "Game").
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Game on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on the minor's behalf and are responsible for their use of the Game.
02 Eligibility
Color Coaster is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old;
- If you are between 13 and 18, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian;
- Your use of the Game complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 13 to use the Game. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information.
03 License to Use
Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BeeGee Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Color Coaster solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a single Android device that you own or control.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
- Use any automated software, bots, hacks, or exploits to interact with the Game;
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent;
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
04 In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency
Real-Money Purchases
Color Coaster offers optional in-app purchases ("IAP") processed through the Google Play Store. These include coin packages, booster bundles, Piggy Bank items, and "No Ads" products. All purchases are subject to Google Play's payment terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any charges made by Google Play.
Virtual Currency — Coins
The Game includes a virtual currency called Coins. Coins are not real money, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or goods. Coins can only be used within the Game for their intended purposes. We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate Coins at any time.
Boosters
The Game also features in-game Boosters (Freeze, Shrink, and Bomb) which can be acquired through gameplay or purchased. Boosters are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies. If a purchase is reversed or charged back, we reserve the right to revoke the associated virtual items or in-game entitlements.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the pricing of in-app purchases at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
05 Advertising
Color Coaster is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements. We currently use Google AdMob and may use additional ad networks, including AppLovin MAX (and its mediated partners such as Unity Ads), to display ads within the Game.
These advertising networks may collect and use information about your device and interactions with ads to serve you personalized or contextual advertising. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy and the respective privacy policies of each advertising partner.
You may be able to limit interest-based advertising through your device settings or by opting out of personalized ads via the Google settings on your Android device.
If you purchase a "No Ads" product within the Game, banner and interstitial advertisements will be removed. Rewarded advertisements that provide in-game benefits (such as extra time or win streak protection) remain available for your optional use.
06 User Conduct
You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers, networks, or related infrastructure;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
- Attempt to access areas of the Game or its backend systems not intended for public use.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Game for any user who violates these conduct rules, without prior notice.
07 Intellectual Property
All content within Color Coaster — including but not limited to graphics, artwork, animations, audio, game mechanics, software code, user interface elements, and the BeeGee Games name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of BeeGee Games and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights to you. Your use of the Game does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game or its content.
08 Third-Party Services
Color Coaster integrates with various third-party services to deliver its features. These include, but are not limited to:
- Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Storage, and Firestore (database);
- Unity Gaming Services (UGS) — Economy system, Cloud Save, and Remote Config;
- Google Play — In-app purchase processing and in-app review;
- Google AdMob / AppLovin MAX — Advertising services.
These third-party services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their policies to understand how they handle your data.
09 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEEGEE GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- That the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
- That the Game will meet your requirements or expectations.
Your use of the Game is at your sole risk.
10 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEEGEE GAMES AND ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game;
- Loss of virtual items, Coins, or in-game progress due to technical failures or account termination.
In no event shall BeeGee Games's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to BeeGee Games in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $10.00 if you have not made any purchases.
11 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the Game will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the Game does not entitle you to any refund for prior purchases.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may provide notice within the Game or via other means.
Your continued use of the Game after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Game.
13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Türkiye.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which cannot be excluded by contract.
